Lindsay Lohan Suing Over E-Trade Commercial

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing the financial company E-Trade over an ad that premiered during the Superbowl.

In it, one of the babies makes reference to a “milkaholic” named lindsay.

Lohan’s lawyer explains:

Many celebrities are known by one name only, and E-Trade is using that knowledge to profit. They used the name Lindsay. They’re using her name as a parody of her life. Why didn’t they use the name Susan? This is a subliminal message. Everybody’s talking about it and saying it’s Lindsay Lohan.

The actress wants $100 million from them, along with having the commercial permanently removed from the air.

Lindsay Lohan Not Involved In Latest Ungaro Collection

After being panned by critics for her work as artistic advisor to Emanuel Ungaro, we’ve just learned Lindsay Lohan and the fashion house have parted ways.

The actress was not present at their fashion show today during Paris Fashion Week. The brand’s owner, Asim Abdullah, told WWD:

She’s not involved in this collection.

He declined to comment further. Look at the bright side…she now has more time to focus on her 6126 leggings line!

Michael Lohan's Chest Pain Scare

On Saturday night, Michael Lohan was taken to the hospital for chest pain. He was scheduled to appear at a celebrity boxing tournament, but was replaced after he started feeling sick.

Lindsay’s dad arrived back at home shortly afterward, but has prepared a follow up visit in New York.

Kate Major, who is now his girlfriend, says he is set to see a cardiologist next week to make sure he’s healthy.

I wonder if any of his family reached out to make sure Michael is ok…

Michael Lohan Isn't Nuts, Guys

Lindsay Lohan slammed her dad earlier this week, calling him “nuts”. Michael is now defending himself, insisting he only speaks out in order to help his daughter.

He said:

Is being concerned for your child and doing all you can, first privately, then publicly, nuts?! I say not, and I believe that any honest and loving parent would agree. Anyone and everyone who knows me knows I am far from nuts. As a matter of fact, I am considered quite the opposite. I may not have taken the right approach or handled myself in the right way at times, but I am a father and parent first.

Michael publicly demanded for Lindsay to go to rehab for prescription drug addiction, which is when the Mean Girls star said her dad should seek help himself.

Rehab Was A Vacation For Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was treated for addiction in rehab in order to avoid a jail sentence. She tells Britain’s OK! magazine:

The second two times I went to rehab, to be honest with you, I had to go because it was a court thing. It was an obligation. I had to do it to stay out of getting any jail time. And I took responsibility for that.

She continues:

It was like a vacation. I love meeting new people and seeing what they’ve been experiencing. I met some great people. It was a nice time to shut everyone off for a while because there was so much noise. It was a positive experience.

The 23-year-old star is taking on a new venture. She’s writing an autobiography!

I write a lot and it’s very therapeutic for me because then I can see what’s happening on paper. I’ve started writing a book. It’s going to take a while, all my life experiences. I started writing it a year ago. There’s a lot to put down.

They say that’s the best way to come to terms with your emotions, so good for her. Would you read it?

Lindsay Lohan Opens Up About Her Drug Addiction

Lindsay Lohan admitted she once used drugs and alcohol to deal with all that was going on in her life.

She said:

When my father was going public, that’s when I hit rock bottom. I abused substances too much and it wasn’t the answer to my problems.I tried to mask my problems with alcohol, cocaine, and mind-altering substances. Now I’m in a place where I don’t need to use anything and I feel emotions because I choose to. I never want to be close to losing everything I worked for and aspired to have my whole life. I’ve made some dreadful mistakes but learned from them – that has probably saved my life.

In an interview with The Sun newspaper, Lindsay added:

I was only aware of cocaine because of my dad. I was terrified of it. But I tried it because I was stubborn, stupid and wanted to see what it was like. It’s not something I ever want to do again. It made me feel like s**t. It became uninteresting to me. I’m hyper anyway and I have that kind of personality, so I don’t need something like that.

The actress requested treatment herself after collapsing in a bathroom when she took Ambien. She explained:

I’d run a bath and fallen asleep on the floor and it overflowed. When I woke up, I was so scared I called my therapist and said, ‘Can I just go somewhere for a month? I’m around bad people and I need to take care of myself.’ I was terrified, so I put my name in.

Now I know we always see Lindsay out partying late at night, but it does seem like she got a grip on things before her life spiraled too far out of control.

When will the drama end?

Rumors were circulating that there had been physical violence between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson. The Mean Girls star took it to twitter to deny the allegations:

This is become a bit much*Samantha R never raised a hand to me, I’ve never said she did* Enough is Enough. Focus on other more important….World Issues

Samantha threatens legal action against anyone who continues to fuel the rumor. She writes:

To ANYONE who perpetuates this rumour accusing me of being violently abusive after @lindsaylohan has denied it: I WILL take legal action

These two never seem to get a break from the tabloids, don’t you think?

Lindsay Lohan is denying rumors she had lip injections.

There was a great deal of speculation that she had a little work done on her pout. To prove the reports are wrong, she posted the following pictures on her twitter account.

The actress says:

See! my lips are just as they’ve always been :) lol-it’s nuts that i feel the need to give proof! what is this world coming to!!

Lohan claims she has NO injection scars on her face. What do you think?

Once Lindsay Cleans Up Her "Stuff", She'll Be Okay

In a new interview on The Insider, Linday reveals her home is packed with HUNDREDS of pairs of shoes and racks upon racks of designer clothers. These things are all overwhelming for the actress, who says:

The biggest problem is that I have a lot of stuff. I finally have most of it in one place.

Lohan explains the clutter has been in her life for “too long” and she’s finally ready to do something about it:

This is my home. I just want to be much more serene in here and clear.

Her mom, Dina, thinks cleaning out the space will allow her little actress to get to a “healtier emotional place”:

My father used to say a disheveled room leads to a disheveled mind. We’re donating a lot of it to charity. Some of it will go on our Web site lohanhouse.com.

Lindsay believes donating some belongings will help her to move past emotional difficulties:

There [are] a lot of people that are there for the wrong reasons. I started to realize a lot more was being taken from me than was given. It became more draining than anything else. In this industry people build you up to knock you down.
