According to reports, Lindsay Lohan has been getting cozy with European model Sam Webb.

She’s obsessed with Sam. She’s looking for projects that are based in England so she can be near him.

Webb is a Dolce & Gabbana model who lives in London. He and Lindsay hit both Paris Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week together.

Another insider reveals:

She’s been talking about moving to England because of him. She’s fallen pretty hard for him and follows him wherever he goes.

She loves that he’s part of the fashion scene and that he’s legitimate. He has done huge campaigns and she can actually talk about Karl Lagerfeld and he knows who she’s talking about. She’s in heaven.
