Only a few weeks after Heidi Montag first debuted the results of her plastic surgery, she hosted an event at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas on Valentine’s Day weekend.

The swelling has definitely toned down since the last time we saw her. Though she’s happy with the final look, the reality TV star says getting more plastic surgery isn’t completely off her radar:

Eventually, for maintenance.

Montag insists it was the best decision she ever made, explaining:

My favorite part, I think one of them is my chin. I think that’s what I was so excited about. And I love my boobs but I still want to improve. … I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted.

Bigger?! They’re already falling out of her dress! Haha.
