Hailey Glassman’s attorney says although she admits to removing a TV from Jon Gosselins apartment, she didn’t take anything that wasn’t hers.

Glassman’s legal rep, Stephanie Ovadia, explains:

We’re not denying Hailey took the TV. We are not denying she took her belonging out of the apartment. She is moving on with her life and taking her belongings. She moved all her belongings out so there will be security video showing her carrying items out of the apartment.

Meanwhile, Gosselin’s attorney notes:

Hailey Glassman is going to jail. It’s a simple as that.

As of right now, Hailey is not even a suspect. Ovadia continues:

Hailey has nothing bad to say about Mr. Gosselin. She took her belongings and she is moving on with her life.

She insists her client has just been “caught up in madness” and reminds everyone Hailey is just 22-years-old.
