Is Hailey Glassman seeking a little revenge?

Jon Gosselin’s NYC apartment was ripped to shreds this past weekend. According to his attorney, a butcher knife was used to get the job done.

Not only did the former reality TV dad find his shoes, shirts, luggage, bed, curtain, rugs and other furnishings completed ruined…several of his items were stolen, as well.

A note, signed by Hailey Glassman, was “speared” to his bedroom dresser with the knife. There is no way of knowing whether his ex-girlfriend actually had anything to do with the incident, but the scene was fingerprinted and photographed today. He wants felony charges pressed against the culprit.

Hailey Glassman already got someone to represent her. Anand Ahuja, an attorney specializing in domestic violence who works with Glassman’s primary lawyer Stephanie Ovadia, believes it is all a PR stunt:

There are no charges against Hailey. I don’t think they are even considering her as a suspect in a crime. It appears that somebody, and I don’t know who that might be, or what their motive might be, is framing her. The detectives are still working on it.
